Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor in executing daily production plan and priorities
• Assign workstations and verify staffing levels
• Monitor line performance, run rates, and material flow
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues
• Maintain clean, organized and audit-ready production areas
• Enforce GMPs and food safety policies
• Complete production paperwork and quality checks
• Document deviations and communicate to Supervisor
• Support training of new hires and existing staff
• Monitor material usage and packaging materials and report variances
