Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
• Proven aptitude in Microsoft Suite; experience with ERP systems required.

Responsibilities

• Work with the production planner to schedule production orders to meet demand.
• Collaborate with the E-commerce team to assess inventory needs and incorporate them into the production schedule.
• Review customer requests for changes in order quantity and delivery dates; adjust schedules accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules by reporting schedule vs. actual output to the team.
• Develop comprehensive production schedules in response to sales orders, forecasts, and demand dynamics.
