This role serves as a key communication hub between Sales, Production, Drafting, and Management, helping maintain workflow, resolve scheduling issues, and support on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay is DOE and the position is 1st shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in production scheduling or coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adjust to changing demands.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage production schedules to support on-time delivery.
• Review production orders with Sales to align deadlines with capacity.
• Maintain and update visual production schedules for visibility across departments.
• Prepare and release job packets for the production team.
• Distribute job files to support drafting and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with shop teams to allocate materials, labor, and resources.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate inventory and production records.
• Communicate status, delays, and issues to internal teams and management.
• Coordinate across departments to support production, quality, and on-time delivery goals.
• Identify scheduling challenges and develop solutions.
