Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electronics manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and related business systems.
• Ability to train Production Leaders in production scheduling concepts and procedures.
• Effective organization and prioritization skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities between Production, Production Planners, Support, Engineering and Materials.
• Monitors work orders due dates and communicates status to management.
• Lead meetings to address overdue work orders and drive closures.
• Coordinate rework and upgrades of work orders and ensure proper releases.
• Serve as the focal point for line scheduling and production output goals.
• Support changes to machine line or Wave operations PMs.
• Research and correct discrepancies on sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
• Liaise with Configuration Analysts, Schedulers, Stockroom and Production Leaders.
• Ensure timely documentation, data entry, and corrective action follow-up.
• Track status and resolve issues with support groups.
• Maintain containment inventory and alignment with customer forecasts.
• Monitor aging WIP and coordinate movement of WIP between departments.
