Thompson Pipe Group is seeking a Production Scheduler to manage the production schedule, coordinate deliveries with customers, and generate BOLs. The role involves ordering materials, daily facility visits, and collaborating with operations to ensure on-time orders and smooth production processes.

Ideal candidates understand production operations and have an interest in the polymer industry, with a willingness to learn CAD basics and expand their knowledge in precast/construction environments.

Qualifications

• Preferred studies in construction, engineering, or business.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new responsibilities and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of production/manufacturing processes; polymer industry a plus.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or precast concrete is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production schedule to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate with customers to arrange deliveries and generate BOLs.
• Order and maintain inventory of production materials.
• Assist in submittal packages and learn basic CAD.
• Visit production facility daily to coordinate with operations.
• Develop understanding of USCP's operations and the industry.
