Job summary

U.S. Composite Pipe is seeking a skilled Scheduler to manage the production schedule, coordinate with customers for deliveries, and generate loading tickets (BOLs).

The role involves ordering production materials and collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure on-time order fulfillment, with opportunities to learn basic CAD. The ideal candidate should have experience or studies in Construction, Engineering, or Business, strong organization and communication skills, and a willingness

Qualifications

• Experience or studies in Construction, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing processes, particularly in the polymer industry, is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction, manufacturing, or precast concrete and construction management sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the production schedule to ensure efficient and timely operations.
• Coordinate with customers to arrange deliveries and accurately generate loading tickets (BOLs).
• Order and maintain inventory of production materials, ensuring smooth operations.
• Assist in the preparation of submittal packages, with an opportunity to learn basic CAD functionalities.
• Conduct daily visits to the production facility to coordinate with the operations team on order status and production updates.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of USCP's operations and the broader industry.
