Milo’s Tea Company in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Logistics Technician for the AM shift to move finished product from production to cooler storage. The role requires inspection of equipment, FIFO rotation, and accurate inventory logging.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, inspect trailers for temperature, and assist with cycle counts and stock transitions while ensuring sanitation and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and perform basic math.
• Driver's license required; forklift and electric pallet jack certification required upon placement.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-shift forklift inspections and submit daily paperwork.
• Ensure proper rotation of product using FIFO system.
• Operate forklifts and low-lift trucks safely.
• Inspect trailers for cleanliness and temperature before loading.
• Log finished product in inventory and document transactions.
• Assist with cycle counts and material staging.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per guidelines.

If you require assistance or accommodation to participate in the job application process, please contact [e-mail].**Position Summary**:Responsible for the proper movement of finished product from production to the cooler racking for storage.**Responsibilities**:* Complete pre-shift inspection of forklifts and submit required daily inspection paperwork.* Ensure proper rotation of product is loaded using FIFO system.* Operate all equipment in a safe manner including but not limited to powered or manual low-lift trucks* Inspect trailers for cleanliness based on SQF guidelines.* Ensure all paperwork has been completed for pre/post shift activities.* Log finished product in inventory when placed on cooler racks.* Ensure assigned areas is cleaned and sanitized per SSO guidelines.* Ensure utilization of dock locks when loading trucks.* Ensure all forklifts are placed on charge before leaving for the day.* Inspect loading equipment for defects and report deficiencies to management.* Inspect trailers meet required temperature of 36 degrees before loading product.* Assist with cycle counts, material staging, and stock transitions.* Responsible for the distribution of product donations as requested.* Record and process inventory transactions of all materials (inbound, outbound stock movements within the appropriate system.* Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.* Upholds and participates in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.* This position has responsibilities related to Food Quality and Safety.**Supervisory****:**This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.**Qualifications**:* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).* Minimum one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicants must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and perform basic mathematical functions.* A valid driver’s license and a forklift and electric pallet jack certification will be required upon job placement.**Physical Demands:**While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, see, talk, and hear.
