Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMP and safe food manufacturing practices a plus.
• Ability to apply good judgement and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate production issues, counts and weights to supervision or lead personnel.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and disassemble equipment for production of work in process and finished goods.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and packaging; transfer finished goods and raw materials as needed.
• Adhere to safety rules, wear PPE, and perform CCP checks as required.
• Follow SQF principles relevant to the position and report safety or quality concerns.
