Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMP and safe food manufacturing practices a plus.
• Ability to communicate production issues, counts and weights to supervision or lead personnel.
• Ability to apply good judgement to detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP during production, sanitation, and handling materials.
• Maintain and adjust equipment to control package weights.
• Meet production performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Transfer finished products and raw materials to identified locations.
• Follow safety requirements and wear PPE as prescribed.
• Perform CCP checks as needed by location and process.
• Follow SQF principles as specified by SQF Practitioner.
• Report any food safety or human safety concerns to supervision.
