Job summary

Remedy Staffing seeks a Production/Sales Supervisor to oversee a team of 7–10 and drive business development. Direct hire opportunity with a pay range of $50,000–$70,000 DOE. Hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities include leading a small office and sales team, managing daily operations, and guiding the sales process from cold calls to qualification. Strong customer service and motivational leadership are required.
