Job summary

Cooper Standard in Ohio is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to ensure safety, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement by effectively planning, coordinating, and controlling resources.

You will lead a team, train staff, enforce standards, manage performance, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. This on-site role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and coordinating manufacturing operations.
• Ability to identify and resolve day-to-day technical problems.
• Strong analytical skills for production data.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and documentation.
