Cooper Standard Automotive is seeking a Production Supervisor to drive safety, production efficiency, and quality on the shop floor. You will plan and coordinate resources, train staff, and ensure adherence to standards while supporting improvement initiatives across shifts.

You will lead incident investigations, maintain accurate production metrics, and collaborate with CI teams to implement effective solutions. Travel to facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree with supervisory experience as stated in education section.
• Analytical skills to identify and resolve day-to-day production problems.
• Computer competency with spreadsheets and documentation.
• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary.
