Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in a production environment.
• Thorough knowledge of production processes and bag making.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Support Converting and Extrusion Production teams.
• Inspire and execute strategies to achieve safety and productivity.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols.
• Track staffing needs and assist with hiring.
