Primary duties include staging and recording incoming units, identifying part numbers, scanning documents, and linking items to RMA/RGA records.

• Assist in resolving discrepancies in accordance with Radwell policies.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency when processing incoming shipments.
• Make occasional business-related calls to internal teams including sales and customer service.
• Support customer service expectations while performing order processing tasks.
• Promote continuous process improvement and workflow efficiency.
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned.

The Production Receiving Associate is responsible for photographing, processing, and receiving parts within a production environment. This role supports repair, return, and outsourced workflows while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, process improvement, and daily productivity goals. The position plays a key role in ensuring items are properly documented, tracked, and prepared for downstream production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Stage and record incoming units for Repairs, Returns, and Outsource processes
• Identify part numbers, photograph items, and scan associated documents
• Link incoming units to corresponding RMA/RGA records in company systems
• Assist in resolving discrepancies in accordance with Radwell policies
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency when processing incoming shipments
• Make occasional business-related calls to internal teams including sales and customer service
• Support customer service expectations while performing order processing tasks
• Promote continuous process improvement and workflow efficiency
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Metrics

• Average of 6 units per hour received
• Complete daily processing of all shipments
• Additional performance measurements may be added as needed

Compensation & Commission

The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $20.00 per hour.

Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break. Attendance and coverage policies must be followed. Time off is granted in accordance with company policy.
