Job summary

Radwell International LLC is seeking a Production Receiver to join our Production team in Willingboro, NJ. This full-time, on-site role handles receiving, documentation, photography, and processing of incoming units for repair, return, and outsource services.

We emphasize accuracy in identifying and recording items, maintaining productivity in a fast-paced production environment, and delivering strong customer service while coordinating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One to three years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Warehouse, receiving, logistics, inventory, or production experience preferred.
• Technical or industrial product knowledge is a plus.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Stage and record incoming items for Repairs, Returns, and Outsource processing.
• Identify and verify part numbers on incoming units.
• Photograph incoming products and attach images to the records.
• Scan incoming documentation and associate records with the proper RMA/RGA transactions.
• Review incoming shipments for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in resolving receiving issues in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service while processing incoming orders.
• Communicate with customer service, sales, and internal departments as needed.
• Support departmental productivity goals and operational objectives.
• Process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently on a daily basis.
• Perform additional duties, tasks, or work as assigned.
