Radwell International is seeking an Inventory & Production Operations Specialist to support inventory accuracy, material readiness, and production efficiency across our repair and manufacturing activities at Willingboro, NJ.

This role links Inventory, Production, Service Writing, Procurement, and Operations to ensure materials are available when needed, drive improvements, and help meet customer commitments in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Experience in inventory control, production support, or material management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and inventory systems.

Responsabilités

• Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity across production and repair areas.
• Perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor production queues and ensure material availability.
• Coordinate with Service Writing and Production teams to support repairs.
• Identify shortages and optimize material flow to improve throughput.
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
