Job summary

Modular Power Solutions (MPS) is seeking a Manager, Production Quality to oversee QA throughout the modular enclosure and skid-mounted system lifecycle. The role ensures quality plans are defined early, implemented consistently, and verified at each stage from design through delivery.

The successful candidate will lead audits, CAPA, and supplier quality while partnering with engineering and operations to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with UL/NEC/NFPA/IEC/CSA/ASME/AWS where

Qualifications

• Quality Assurance background in manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication.
• Familiarity with ISO-9001 preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site quality authority across the full product lifecycle.
• Approve and maintain Quality Plans, ITPs, and documentation.
• Lead audits, inspections, and FATs to meet customer requirements and standards.
• Drive CAPA, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management to resolve issues.
• Train personnel on quality standards and best practices.
