Job summary

You will drive conformance to control plans, monitor quality data, and oversee CAPA activities while enabling continuous improvement across shifts. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in the battery or automotive manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Proficiency with quality tools and continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality inspectors and schedule tests across shifts.
• Ensure adherence to control plans on the production line.
• Collect and review defect rates, CP K, PPK, CMK data.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Manage non-conforming material and documentation.
• Oversee rework/repair processes and verify tests.
• Conduct regular process inspections and audits.
• Develop and maintain inspection guidelines.
• Coach operators to reinforce quality awareness.
