Job summary

This 1st shift role offers hands-on use of precision measurement tools and data-driven quality improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with ISO 9001/13485, HACCP, FDA CGMP, and strong documentation and communication skills to support audits and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in QC/inspection in electrical, medical devices or food industries.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/13485, HACCP, FDA CGMP.
• Hands-on with calipers, micrometers, vision systems, and CMM.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and drive improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and clear reporting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products with precision tools to verify specifications.
• Document inspection results and collect QA data.
• Identify non-conformances and drive corrective actions per CGMP/HACCP.
• Participate in root cause analysis to improve quality and efficiency.
• Support internal/external audits with detailed inspection records.
