Job summary

Lanteris Space LLC in California seeks a Production Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain at our Palo Alto and San Jose sites.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma, statistics, and data-driven decision making to improve product quality, process performance, and operational effectiveness, while mentoring teams and supporting AS9100/QMS activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-degree in engineering/analytics with 5+ years in QA/IE.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and data-driven problem solving.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and audit readiness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality initiatives across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Perform audits, MRBs, and WCABs; manage non-conformances and approvals.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive improvements; develop dashboards and metrics.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor Quality Engineers; support QMS documentation and audits.
