Job summary
Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to lead Production Quality across Bay Area operations, including the Advanced Technology Center in Palo Alto, the California Electronics Center in Sunnyvale, and Ignite. You will supervise Quality Engineers and Inspectors, drive ISO 9001 and AS9100 readiness, and partner with programs, customers, and DCMA to ensure top-quality hardware.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading quality teams in aerospace/space manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 and quality standards.
- Experience with test planning and non-conformance handling.
- Familiarity with supplier quality and inspections.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Quality functions and staff within Production Quality.
- Lead QA Engineers and Inspectors across design, material, production, and testing.
- Coordinate with LOBs/Programs, DCMA, and customers on quality issues.
- Oversee investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
- Drive ISO 9001 & AS9100 readiness and internal/external audits.
