Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee conformance to specifications on the shift and ensure items produced meet sale readiness.

You will conduct audits, enforce safety policies, maintain a clean and safe work area, manage paperwork and data entry, and guide sorting and rework processes while supporting complaints handling for internal and external customers. Qualifications

• Must be able troubleshoot problems on assigned production lines.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Understand and follow schedules and have strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and is responsible for conformance to specifications of all aspects of departmental production and the suitability for sale of all items produced during shift
• Ability to perform audits
• Follow and ensure that coworkers adhere to all applicable safe work policies & procedures
• Monitor and maintain a safe & clean work area.
• Ensure that corporate policies and procedures are followed.
• Ensure that all orders produced are completed according to the specifications provided.
• Complete all paper work and data entry as required.
• Manage sorting and reworks
• Involvement in the complaint process for internal and external customers
• Other duties as assigned by management.
