Job summary

Pratt Industries in Ohio is seeking a Quality & Safety Technician to support production teams and management, ensuring quality work in a safe and timely manner.

You will perform production quality checks, follow GMPs, handle non-conforming defects, and participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Attention to detail, strong time management, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to learn and grow in a state-of-the-art, fast-paced environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Work overtime as required.
• May be required to maintain a current Lift Truck Operator License.

Responsibilities

• Performing production quality checks and ensure all safety guidelines are being followed.
• Help with Control of non-conforming supplier defects and returns, sorting and reworks of damaged product.
• Support of weekly KPI's and/or compliances with CAR (corrective action reports).
• Follow at all times GMPs (Good Manufacturing Processes).
• Learn and comply with Pratt Industries quality procedures and policies.
