Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and safety packets.
• Able to work overtime and varying shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely, including setup and cleanup.
• Follow GMPs and quality procedures to prevent defects.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and report hazards.
• Learn machine capabilities and drive efficiency with minimal downtime.
• Cross-train in multiple plant areas and support team goals.
