Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking qualified candidates for a production/quality role in Georgia. The position involves performing a variety of tasks within the plant, conducting quality checks, and supporting corrective actions to prevent defects from reaching customers.

Applicants should be able to follow GMPs, adhere to safety procedures, and manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. Overtime may be required and pre-employment screening will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks in the assigned department and may work in multiple plant areas.
• Perform production quality checks and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Assist with control of non-conforming supplier defects and returns, sorting and reworks of damaged product.
• Support weekly KPIs and compliance with CAR (corrective action reports).
