Job summary

FIS is seeking a Quality Inspector to conduct inspections, analyses and tests across production stages to ensure client standards are met and the product is error-free. You will document findings in a proprietary database and share results with leadership to drive root cause analysis and improvements.

Shift: Varies. Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent and typically 2 years of relevant experience; 4 years preferred.

• Typically 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspects work in process and finished product to meet client standards and SLAs.
• Documents quantity and quality in a proprietary database.
• Learns root cause analysis and supports corrective actions.
• Communicates findings to team members and leadership to ensure quality.
