• Monitor production capacity, equipment availability, and staffing to identify scheduling conflicts.
• Track customer orders and communicate production status, timelines, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate procurement of raw materials and tooling to support production.
• Maintain ERP/MRP records and generate KPI reports for management.
