Job summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Production Print Repair Technician in Austin, Texas. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Konica Minolta, Canon, and Ricoh production printers, perform software upgrades, and provide specialist field support to other technicians.

We value 2–6 years of relevant experience, strong customer service, and independent, detail-oriented work. A company car is provided along with competitive benefits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

2-6 years minimum of relevant experience.
Experience servicing and repairing production-level office equipment (copiers, printers, fax, etc.).
Canon certifications beneficial.
Strong computer knowledge and Windows 10 proficiency.

Responsibilities

Repair and service high-speed digital copiers/printers and related devices.
Diagnostics, installation, troubleshooting, and software upgrades on production machines.
Provide high-quality technical support per service agreements and requirements.
Assist sales team to maximize leads and upgrade opportunities.
Work in a fast-paced environment.
