Job summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Production Print Repair Technician in Centennial, CO to repair and maintain Konica Minolta, Canon, and Ricoh production printers. You will diagnose issues, install upgrades, and provide expert service across a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–6 years in relevant field, strong customer service, and a valid driver’s license. A company car is provided and opportunities for growth exist within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years minimum of relevant experience.
• Experience servicing production level office equipment such as copiers and printers is highly preferred.
• Canon certifications beneficial.
• Strong computer knowledge and Windows 10 proficiency.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; company car provided.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service high-speed production printers/copiers and related equipment.
• Diagnostics, installation, troubleshooting, machine modifications and software upgrades.
• Provide high-quality technical support per service agreements and requirements.
• Complete territory assignments and develop options to resolve problems.
• Participate in training to stay up to date with new products and procedures.
• Provide technician support to sales team to maximize leads and upgrades.
• Work in a fast-paced field environment.

Pacific Office Automation is currently seeking a Production Print Repair Technician who is skilled in repairing and maintaining Konica Minolta, Canon, & Ricoh Production Printers for our office in Centennial, CO.

Essential Job Duties

• Responsible for a full range of repairs and service procedures on high-speed digital copiers/printers, full-color copiers/printers, facsimiles
• Diagnostics, installation, troubleshooting, machine modifications, software upgrades, removal, and retrofits on a wide range of production machines. (Canon, Oce, Ricoh, etc.)
• Providing high-quality technical support and expertise by completing each service call according to service agreements and requirements
• Effectively completes all territory assignments and developing options to resolve unexpected problems
• Participates in training to remain up to date with new products and procedures.
• Provide specialist service to other field service technicians for unresolved technical problems/issues
• Provide technician support to our sales team members to effectively maximize equipment leads and upgrade opportunities
• Working in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 2-6 years minimum of relevant experience
• Experience with servicing and repairing production level office equipment such as copiers, printers, fax machines, mailing matches, etc highly preferred
• Canon certifications beneficial
• Strong computer knowledge
• Excellent customer service communication skills are essential
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical/electrical skills
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 applications
• Highly motivated and capable of working independently in the field
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. A company car will be provided
