Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational education helpful.
• Background in printing is helpful.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and work independently.
• Valid Class D driver's license may be required.
• Knowledge of computer workstations and basic software commands.

Responsibilities

• Operates production printers and finishing equipment; performs routine maintenance per manufacturers’ specs.
• Monitors job requests and prints on time; checks quality and prints; packages jobs and updates records.
• Performs basic bindery tasks (folding, cutting, binding, laminating) as required.
• Maintains and inventories print supplies; updates maintenance logs; reports issues to supervisor.
• Adheres to safety, privacy policies, and attendance expectations; supports team as needed.
