Job summary

Pacific Office Automation in Centennial, CO is seeking a Production Print Specialist to join our team. You will qualify, train, and demonstrate production print equipment to our production customer base as well as our outside sales representatives.

The role emphasizes pre-sales activity, technical sales support, and hands-on installation and training across production print systems and software, with emphasis on sustained customer satisfaction and solution-driven results.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in the production print industry.
• Experience with Fiery Print Controllers and software applications preferred.
• Experience with Ricoh/Canon/Konica Minolta/Xerox digital presses helpful.
• Experience in wide format printing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain Production Print activity with sales reps and customers.
• Provide technical sales support and training to customers.
• Demonstrate software and hardware solutions to customers.
• Perform customer needs analysis and site surveys.
• Prepare for customer demonstrations of Production Print products and training.
• Assist in proposal preparation and presentation with salespeople.
• Install and train on Production Print systems within the territory.
