Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in production printing.
• Experience in pre-sales/post-sales support in production environments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, QuarkXPress, and color management tools; familiar with color profiling and data formats (JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF).
• Willingness to travel up to 80% with valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of Windows, UNIX, and Macintosh environments; EFI certification and color management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with sales on evaluating prospective customers and strategy; participates in sales calls.
• Participates in on-site visits for meetings, surveys, and inspections.
• Meets with customer IT staff as technical advisor.
• Supports RFP responses and project management for complex solutions.
• Trains customers on products via Professional Services and provides installation direction.
• Interfaces with sales during the sales cycle of software workflow solutions.
• Troubleshoots machine issues and coordinates with teams to resolve challenges.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment; ensures equipment is maintained.
• Manages paper inventories and orders supplies as needed.
