Job summary

FlexTG is hiring a Production Print Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to identify and engage target accounts in the Production Print market. You will conduct discovery calls to uncover needs, build a robust pipeline, and qualify opportunities for the sales team.

The role emphasizes consultative B2B selling, strong communication, and collaboration with Account Executives. Base salary is $45,000–$55,000 with uncapped commissions and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, BDR, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation (technology sales preferred).
• Proven ability to generate leads, build pipeline, and meet/exceed activity goals.
• Strong interest in consultative B2B sales and solution selling.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage targeted accounts within the Production Print market.
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer needs, workflows, and print environments.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up.
• Qualify opportunities and document key requirements for Sales teams.
• Support site surveys, data gathering, and early-stage business analysis.
• Position FlexTG’s production hardware, software, and workflow solutions as strategic value.
• Partner closely with Account Executives and Production Specialists to transition qualified opportunities.
• Educate prospects on industry trends and best practices.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, activity tracking, and pipeline visibility.
