Job summary

FlexTG is hiring a driven Sales Development Representative to fuel our Production Print business. In this high-visibility role you’ll identify target accounts, conduct discovery calls, and build a strong sales pipeline aligned to quarterly activity goals.

Partner closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, position our hardware, software, and workflow solutions as strategic value, and help shape a scalable, career‑driven path in sales.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Sales Development or related roles.
• Experience in technology sales preferred.
• Ability to generate leads, build pipeline, meet activity goals.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage targeted accounts within the Production Print market.
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer needs, workflows, and print environments.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up.
• Qualify opportunities and document key requirements for Sales teams.
• Support site surveys, data gathering, and early-stage business analysis.
• Position FlexTG’s production hardware, software, and workflow solutions as strategic value.
• Partner closely with Account Executives and Production Specialists to transition qualified opportunities.
• Educate prospects on industry trends and best practices.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, activity tracking, and pipeline visibility.
