Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service or operations support experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, solve problems, and perform light physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate office equipment and support mail handling activities.

• Maintain logs for billing, meter reads, and reporting tasks.
• Support SLA compliance and escalate service issues when necessary.
