Job summary

Adecco is hiring Production Associates and Machine Operators in Fredericktown, Ohio. This temp-to-hire role offers 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift options, hands-on training, and weekly pay. You’ll operate and monitor production equipment, support multiple machines, and maintain safe, efficient operations.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday

• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday

• 4x10 schedules may be available on select shifts

• Overtime may be required based on production needs

What You’ll Do

As a Production Associate / Machine Operator, you will help keep production running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities may include:

• Operating and monitoring production equipment

• Cross-training on different machines and processes

• Loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed

• Checking products to make sure quality and machine specifications are met

• Identifying and removing non-conforming parts from production

• Reviewing and following manufacturing documents and work instructions

• Reporting equipment, quality, process, or documentation issues to leadership

• Troubleshooting and recovering minor machine faults

• Performing tool changes and assisting with preventive maintenance

• Working around coolants, oils, and other industrial materials

• Supporting other departments as needed

• Performing other duties as assigned

Pay Details: $14.50 to $16.50 per hour
