Qualifications

• BA/BS in SCM or business operations required or 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems; Epicor Vantage or SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to handle changing priorities.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process timely release of shop orders to support demand.
• Define, monitor and adjust planning as conditions change.
• Generate/respond to ERP/MRP reports to keep schedules intact.
• Maintain weekly/monthly production schedule and related MRP cycles.
• Provide professional customer service by communicating changes and inquiries.
• Participate in production meetings and assist with admin tasks.
• Ensure data accuracy across departments and timely communication of changes.
• Perform additional related duties and comply with safety laws.
