Job summary

Baker Hughes in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Experienced Professional – Production Planning & Scheduling to translate demand forecasts into executable orders and supply plans. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, AMO, and Supply Chain teams to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory, asset utilization, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include developing 12–18 month forecasts, converting demand plans into production requirements, and leading material management analyses

Qualifications

• Associate degree in supply chain or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in order management and inventory optimization.
• Basic understanding of SAP and MRP functionality.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional and global forecasts across a 12–18 month planning horizon.
• Convert demand plans into physical orders and executable production requirements.
• Plan and schedule order timelines to meet customer requirements while minimizing costs.
• Perform material management analysis including demand forecasting and inventory reviews.
• Develop and implement inventory stocking strategies to optimize inventory performance.
• Monitor safety stock and aging inventory, coordinating with plants and regions.
• Collaborate with AMO to ensure spare parts and asset requirements are captured.
