Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Experienced Professional focused on Production Planning and Scheduling. You will translate demand forecasts into executable orders and supply plans, collaborating with Sales, AMO, and Supply Chain teams to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory and asset use.

You will analyze demand patterns, manage inventory strategies, and drive continuous improvement to enhance overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in supply chain or related field required or equivalent experience with 2+ years in the field.
• Experience in order management, inventory optimization, inventory management, asset utilization and asset management.
• Basic understanding of SAP and MRP functionality; ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional and global forecasts across a 12-18 month planning horizon with Sales and Operations teams.
• Convert demand plans into physical orders and executable production requirements.
• Plan and schedule order timelines to meet customer requirements while minimizing inventory and logistics costs.
• Analyze demand patterns and identify exceptions, inventory opportunities, and alignment with product rationalization strategies.
• Develop inventory stocking strategies and monitor global/inventory levels and aging inventory.
