Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in supply chain, operations, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years scheduling, data entry, or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production equipment and inputs for day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with scheduling and management teams to meet production goals.
• Reconcile planned vs actual schedules.
• Communicate schedule changes due to machine or labor shortages.
• Track and report data timely.
• Identify improvement initiatives to increase facility performance.
• Support safe and compliant manufacturing operations.
