Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Supervisor, Operations Management for the Camden, AR team. The role leads the development and execution of production area activities to achieve production goals, quality standards, and cost objectives, prioritizing schedules based on product introductions, equipment efficiency, and material availability.

The Supervisor also directs daily SQDIP meetings, conducts safety walks, plans weekly production, and reviews metrics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years related experience, or 6+ years of related experience without a degree.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with production scheduling and cost objectives.
• Ability to plan weekly production and review metrics.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the team and run the daily SQDIP meetings.
• Conduct daily safety walks of areas.
• Manage the job functions for each team member and program.
• Plan the production for each week.
• Address all issues reviewed with team.
• Approve team member’s time.
• Review metrics for improvements.
