Propell American LLC seeks a Data Entry Clerk to support the Planning Department in Granbury, TX. The role involves maintaining accurate production and inventory data in SYSPRO, creating stock codes and work orders, updating schedules, and assisting with material availability and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of data entry or planning support experience and strong attention to detail, with proficiency in SYSPRO and Excel. This is a full-time on-site position in Granbury.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, production support, manufacturing, inventory, planning, or a related administrative environment preferred.

Mansioni

• Create and maintain stock codes in Syspro with accurate item information and planning parameters.
• Create, update, and maintain work orders and production data as directed by Planning.
• Update planned dates, quantities, priorities, and scheduling information to reflect changes.
• Maintain production schedules and routine planning reports to ensure accuracy.
• Assist planners with material availability, shortages, and status reporting.
• Enter planning notes and status updates to communicate priorities.
