Propell is seeking a Data Entry Clerk in Granbury, TX to support the Planning Department by maintaining accurate production and inventory data within SYSPRO. Responsibilities include creating stock codes and work orders, updating planning data, and assisting with scheduling and reporting.

The role requires high accuracy, 1–2 years of related experience, and proficiency in SYSPRO and Excel. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years experience in data entry, production support, manufacturing, inventory, planning, or related admin environment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain stock codes in Syspro with accurate data.
• Create, update, and maintain work orders.
• Update planned dates, quantities, priorities, and scheduling information.
• Maintain production schedules and routine planning reports.
• Assist planners with material availability, shortages, and status reporting.
• Enter planning notes and status updates needed to communicate production priorities.
• Support schedule changes and data cleanup as directed.
• Verify data before entry and investigate discrepancies with Planning, Purchasing, Inventory, Engineering, or Production.
• Maintain organized planning records and support data cleanup and document control activities.
• Develop working knowledge of production planning, inventory, work orders, BOMs, and MRP.
