Job summary

Saint-Gobain Performance Polymer Solutions is seeking a Production Coordinator in the Bristol, Rhode Island area to support daily manufacturing operations. The role coordinates production work orders, maintains records, and processes transactions in ERP and tracking systems, serving as a link between Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain.

You will produce reports, monitor KPIs, and support Lean initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably QAD.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process production work orders, manufacturing transactions, and inventory movements within QAD/Factivity and other applicable systems.
• Review, audit, and reconcile production data to ensure accuracy of labor reporting, inventory transactions, production output, and operational metrics.
• Act as the primary liaison between Production, Planning, Quality, Shipping, and Management to facilitate workflow and resolve production-related issues.
• Generate, maintain, and analyze production reports, KPIs, and operational data to support business decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Manufacturing activities, and process optimization efforts.
• Follow all Saint-Gobain safety policies and environmental regulations.
• Assist with production scheduling activities as required.
• Participate in audits, inventory activities, and cycle count support.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with company and customer requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
