Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a skilled planner to coordinate production and material flow at our Windsor Locks, CT site. You will work with the supply chain team to manage escalations, build capacity plans, and ensure on-time delivery to customers while maintaining SAP-driven inventory controls.

The role requires 2+ years in planning, proficiency with SAP and ACE tools, and strong communication and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a planning role.
• Proficient in SAP Planning and Shop Floor Execution.
• Good understanding of SAP Inventory Management.
• Experience in generating and communicating capacity plans.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of ACE/6 Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily tier review attendance and escalation management with supply chain.
• Review materials availability and Line Replaceable Unit planning.
• Develop production and kitting plans; manage work orders per MPS.
• Control inventory accuracy; track supplier shipments and SAP transactions.
• Provide updates on delivery misses and root-cause analysis.
• Support monthly SI&OP data input and meetings.
