Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a supply chain planner for their Melbourne, FL site. The role focuses on daily Tier reviews, escalation management, and collaboration with supply chain teams to ensure on-time material availability and production execution.

You will develop production and kitting plans, manage line balance for LRUs, and maintain MRP-driven work orders while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to mitigate gaps and ensure KPI targets are met.

Qualifications

• Industry degree in business/operations/supply chain or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in a planning role.
• Proficient in SAP Planning and Shop Floor Execution; SAP Inventory Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily Tier reviews and monitor escalation for internal and external supply.
• Review materials availability and manageLines of Balance for LRUs.
• Develop production and kitting plans; manage work order release with MPS.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control; escalate deviations from plan.
• Support SAP inventory transactions and ACE tools usage.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to mitigate gaps.
• Communicate delivery commitments and provide root-cause analyses.
• Support SI&OP processes with data input and discussions.
• Track KPIs and analyze capacity possibilities and risks.
• Expedite parts and evaluate vendor reliability; manage shipments.
