Job summary

SANY America is seeking a motivated Production Control Specialist to coordinate daily and weekly production schedules, track work orders, and align priorities with material availability. You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery and efficient operations.

The role requires a background in production planning, materials management, or related manufacturing experience, with ERP/MRP experience (SAP preferred) and strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in production control, planning, manufacturing, materials management, inventory control, or supply chain.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor daily and weekly production schedules.
• Track production orders from release through completion.
• Monitor production progress and identify potential delays or constraints.
• Coordinate production priorities based on customer demand and material availability.
• Monitor parts and material availability to prevent production interruptions.
• Identify shortages and coordinate with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory information within ERP/MRP systems.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production issues.
• Track key production metrics, including schedule attainment, output, shortages, and on-time completion.
• Prepare production reports and provide status updates to management.
• Support inventory accuracy and cycle-count activities; identify opportunities to improve production flow.
