Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in production control, scheduling, or related field.
• Experience coordinating daily work, inventory control, and production orders.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP, BOMs, and inventory control.
• Experience using ERP/MRP and Excel to track activity and report.
• Strong organization, problem solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate daily and weekly production schedules.
• Review readiness before releasing work orders and resolve gaps.
• Monitor work order progress and in‑process inventory.
• Maintain accurate work order status and planning data in ERP.
• Support daily production control discussions and priority handoffs.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse on material availability.
• Resolve shortages for production needs.
• Close out production orders after manufacturing is completed.
• Escalate delays due to material or labor constraints as needed.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce delays and improve accuracy.
