Jst-Corporation- seeks a Production Control Supervisor to lead daily planning and scheduling in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will perform production planning, coordinate demand, capacity, materials, and inventory to meet delivery targets, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in production planning or materials management, strong ERP/MRP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills, plus proven leadership to guide the Production Control team.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or material management within manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach employees and maintain performance standards.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, capacity, materials, and priorities.
• Monitor material availability and inventory, coordinating with teams to resolve shortages.
• Oversee daily Production Control activities: work orders, priorities, and system updates.
• Track production progress, adjust priorities to meet delivery commitments, communicate issues.
• Analyze performance data and identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
