L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX is seeking an Associate, Production Planning to serve as a liaison between Operations and Program Management, supporting program milestones and material coordination.

You will work under minimal direction within standard processes for non-routine tasks, coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve supply chain challenges and maintain schedule integrity. The role emphasizes collaboration, production planning, and timely communications.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field or completed within the last 12 months.
Strong coordination between operations, program management, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to communicate risks and opportunities to ensure milestone completions.

Responsibilities

Advise management on status of work in progress, material availability, and production issues.
Coordinate production and/or purchase of components to support master production schedule.
Use experience to identify material risks to maintain finish date integrity.
Track multiple projects with varying complexity with limited supervision.
Communicate status and needs with cross-functional teams (QA, manufacturing, procurement, engineering, inventory).
Schedule and expedite movement of parts via move orders and shipping requests.
